Abstract

La aplicación de diferentes teorías de liderazgo y motivación le permite a una empresa el buen desarrollo de habilidades laborales para mejorar su productividad y generar un ambiente de crecimiento empresarial. En donde se dé lugar a un adecuado asesoramiento y lograr tener un profundo conocimiento de las vulnerabilidades de la empresa. Para esto es importante definir realmente el mecanismo de la metodología en la que se va a formar o en la que ya está formada la empresa.

The application of different leadership and motivation theories allows a company to properly develop labor skills to improve its productivity and generate an environment for business growth. Where appropriate advice is given and achieve a deep understanding of the company's vulnerabilities. For this it is important to really define the mechanism of the methodology in which the company is going to be formed or in which it is already formed.
