Abstract

Un liderazgo optimo debe contar con la capacidad de influencia y motivación sobre otras personas y grupos con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos que un individuo u organización se haya planteado previamente. Del mismo modo, es importante que este sea adaptable a los cambios que se puedan presentar a nivel interno y externo, teniendo en cuenta también las necesidades, requerimientos y deseos del entorno (Alves, 2020, p21). El mundo y la sociedad actual necesitan lideres que cuenten con la capacidad de transformar los requerimientos de las comunidades y lograr acuerdos con las otras partes involucradas que sean de mutuo beneficio y de esta manera brindar una respuesta positiva a los retos del entorno y aportar al desarrollo de la sociedad (Goleman, 2005, p109). Optimal leadership must have the ability to influence and motivate other people and groups in order to achieve the objectives that an individual or organization has previously set. In the same way, it is important that this be adaptable to changes that may occur internally and externally, also taking into account the needs, requirements and desires of the environment (Alves, 2020, p21). Today's world and society need leaders who have the ability to transform the requirements of the communities and reach agreements with other stakeholders that are mutually beneficial and thus provide a positive response to the challenges of the environment and to the needs of the community (Alves, 2020, p21). positive response to the challenges of the environment and contribute to the development of society (Goleman, 2005, p109). ¿Cómo influye el liderazgo en las relaciones internacionales?
