Abstract

El presente ensayo tiene como finalidad presentar un emprendimiento en su etapa de creación y proyección a futuro, utilizando como herramienta teórica del Project Management Procesos Grupos, matriz RACI, ciclo de vida de los proyectos entre otro conceptos vistos durante el Diplomado “habilidades directivas y gestión de proyectos” . Es por esto que se plantea la idea de cómo integrar los tipos de liderazgo haciendo énfasis en el transaccional y en el motivacional para proyectar con un mejor futuro un emprendimiento en el mercado primario. La marca a contextualizar en el ensayo se llama “alma mater”. la idea de satisfacer de una mejor manera la necesidad de tomar bebidas calientes en la calle para el frío en la ciudad de Bogotá, teniendo en cuenta las temperaturas tan bajas que se registra en las noches. Teniendo como filosofía de marca la alta calidad en el producto, en el servicio y la responsabilidad ecológica. The purpose of this essay is to present a venture in its creation stage and future projection, using as a theoretical tool Project Management Processes Groups, RACI matrix, project life cycle among other concepts seen during the Diploma Course "management skills and project management". This is why the idea of how to integrate the types of leadership with emphasis on the transactional and motivational to project a better future for a venture in the primary market is proposed. The brand to be contextualized in the essay is called "alma mater". The idea of satisfying in a better way the need of having hot drinks in the street for the cold weather in the city of Bogota, taking into account the low temperatures registered at night. Having as a brand philosophy the high quality of the product, the service and the ecological responsibility. É por isso que é proposta a idéia de como integrar os tipos de liderança com ênfase na liderança transacional e motivacional para projetar um futuro melhor para uma empresa no mercado primário. A marca a ser contextualizada no ensaio é chamada "alma mater". A idéia é satisfazer melhor a necessidade de ter bebidas quentes na rua para o frio na cidade de Bogotá, levando em conta as baixíssimas temperaturas que são registradas à noite. A filosofia da marca é baseada na alta qualidade do produto, no serviço e na responsabilidade ecológica.
