Asphalt rubber is defined by the ASTM as "a mixture of asphalt cement, recovered tire rubber and certain additives ....", it is proposed to demonstrate the usefulness and practicality of recycled rubber granules within the asphalt mixture and in turn the best methods of use along with an innovative way to use the material to generate a change within the existing in the country. It is observed that the asphalt mixture with recycled rubber grains has numerous benefits in cost, time, among others. The most common and most used use is the use within the asphalt mixture or the use as a binder within the mixture, mostly the hot mix asphalt method is applied to take greater advantage of its components.
