Según la (RAE, 2021) la empatía es una habilidad en la cual consiste en ponerse en el lugar de las otras personas, comprendiendo el sufrimiento, la felicidad o las emociones de la otra persona, una reacción humana que no pasa por la razón o por el intelecto, también hace que las personas se ayuden entre sí, tienen una gran conexión y una identificación inmediata, también es una comunicación asertiva de un individuo a otro , generalmente donde este de muestra con la otra, que se pueden conectar y responder de una manera muy asertiva través de las cualidades de cada uno de ellos, es decir donde permite tener acercamientos de la forma de pensar, actuar y de emociones, en las cuales son el trato que se dan a todas las personas respetando el genero universal tanto para hombres como para mujeres, respondiendo a las necesidades del otro.

According to the (RAE, 2021) empathy is a skill in which it consists of putting oneself in the of other people, understanding the suffering, happiness or emotions of the other person, a human reaction that does not go through reason or intellect, also makes people help each other, they have a great connection and an immediate identification, it is also an assertive communication from one individual to another, generally where it is shown with the another, that they can connect and respond in a very assertive way through the qualities of each of them, that is, where it allows to have approaches of the way of thinking, acting and emotions, in which they are the treatment given to all people respecting the gender universal for both men and women, responding to the needs of the other.
