Pensamiento estratégico del comercio minorista en Colombia

Abstract

After the crisis that occurred during the years 2020 and 2021 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and due to the increase in the gross profit reported in the financial statements of certain retail companies, this document answers the question ¿ How did the gross profit increase in organizations dedicated to retail trade with different points of sale in Colombia in the years 2020 and 2021? based on topics such as Big data, data analysis and leadership in the 21st century from the Diploma in Project Management and Strategic Thinking at the University of Central Florida.
