El presente escrito intentará dar una visión panorámica de estos desarrollos de la filosofía postrawlsiana, comenzando por presentar los principales constructos de la teoría de la justicia de Rawls (1), para seguir con el debate liberal-comunitarista que suscita (2) y que permite comprender los antecedentes inmediatos del marxismo analítico, en especial de la propuesta del Van Parijs de un ingreso básico universal (3) para, finalmente, abordar la lectura republicana de Rawls y Habermas que inspira, de manera indirecta aunque sustancial, un modelo alternativo de democracia deliberativa (4).
