Abstract

Sin embargo, se evidencio fuertemente un golpe al indicador de la economía como el desempleo, decisiones gerenciales de alineación de sus líderes para con sus colaboradores organización y el trabajo de oficina trasladado a casa Decision making is the daily life of every person from the moment they get up until they go to bed, but, management decision making is a game with different levels of difficulty and depending on the player the decisions can lead to success or failure in the game, every day the players must foresee, analyze and anticipate with movements on the game board the decisions that the creator and regulator of the game determines and modifies with the will to do good for the game, this creator and regulator is the government of the day. Now, entering in context, the governmental decisions or laws that are created for the market game, play an important role in the day to day for the leaders of the organizations. In the context of the pandemic and the global and local health crisis, the Colombian economy, pushed in some way by the companies, has been in decline because of the pandemic and as a consequence of the decisions that were taken since the beginning of the pandemic. These decisions taken by the leaders of the organizations in turn obeyed to an analysis of what the sanitary catastrophe was going to do with respect to the decisions taken from the beginning by the head of state. However, it is strongly evidenced a blow to the economy indicator such as unemployment, managerial decisions of alignment of their leaders to their collaborators organization and office work transferred to home.
