Abstract

En el marco de la modernización de las telecomunicaciones en colombia, se integran diferentes organismos gubernamentales, los cuales con inversión de entidades públicas y privadas buscan estrategias y métodos para la implementación, modernización y expansión de sus redes. El presente artículo busca dar un contexto general de la implementación de las torres de telecomuniciones en el país, a su vez identificando los impactos ambientales en las áreas que se deben construir estas estructuras, con la finalidad de garantizar cobertura y conectividad a todos los ciudadanos del territorio nacional, garantizando su acceso a las redes de comunicación y el acceso a la información desde cualquier parte de territorio nacional. Within the framework of the modernization of telecommunication in Colombia, different government agencies are integrated, which with investment from public and private entities seek strategies and methods for the implementation, modernization and expansion of their networks. This article seeks to give a general context of the implementation of telecommunication towers in the country, identifying the environmental impacts in the areas where these structures should be built, in order to ensure coverage and connectivity to all citizens of the national territory, ensuring access to communication networks and access to information from anywhere in the national territory.
