Abstract

El siguiente documento expone cómo el liderazgo y el clima organizacional son factores clave para el éxito de una compañía, un líder se caracteriza por tener una comunicación asertiva y por tener las habilidades blandas y duras en equilibro y balance , es importante que exista una sinergia entre los skateholders de la compañía para que haya una mejor fluidez interna y externa en las aéreas de la organización y se puedan lograr los objetivos planteados por la organización en su misión y visión, las empresas hoy en día han sufrido grandes transformaciones debido a los cambios en los mercados nuevos emergentes y las nuevas brechas sociales que se abren paso el mundo, una empresa debe velar por el bienestar de su entorno y el equilibro de la sociedad, esto por medio de lideres que guíen la organización no solo a generar utilidades, sino también mejorar la calidad de vida de quienes acompañan en este proceso a las organizaciones, aplicando el concepto de la RSE empresarial
