Abstract

The work presented will conduct a service study with emphasis on the design of cinemas and theatres operations in the city of Bogota; from an investigation of mathematical models such as queuing theory, the objective is to evaluate the capacity of waiting lines from the government standard and the Ministry of Health to address the spread of COVID-19, this virus being the main cause of deaths during the year 2020 in Colombia and responsible for the closure of services to its high range of contagion among humans, from this, it will be shown how this implemented a qualitative model as a health protocol where relevant information was acquired for the study case. Moreover, to validate if the system is optimal with respect to the capacities required by the government, which will allow giving a recommendation to the users despite the possible vulnerability of the service and through this work to promote that it is possible to guarantee massive services respecting the health and well-being of the interested parties. On the other hand, there are possible improvements giving use of service mechanisms of queueing network models and models such as MM1 and MMC where they will verify in a more theoretical way the provision and distribution of the movie theatres, always having as an objective the care and avoid possible virus propagation. 1.
