Abstract

The demands of the market and the more globalized economy are external factors that impact organizations, but so do internal factors such as management, processes and human talent, which is why it is necessary to have change management strategies that allow to evolve and revolutionize the interior not only of the company but also of the people, in such a way that it is possible to prevail as a company, that is why throughout the study of organizational behavior, it has been identified that resistance to change is one Of the factors with the greatest impact for the achievement of the objectives, the theories and models arranged over the years seek to give implementation parameters that effectively support the change processes, the top management will be in charge of harmoniously engaging the pieces that they intervene in the achievement of the objectives but above all in generating a conception of change as a natural state where each individual is indispensable to maintain that long-awaited success, which translates into not disappearing and being competitive. Through concepts and theories of various authors, strategies will be available to face impact changes. Especialización
