Abstract

La promoción del trabajo seguro y digno ha ocupado la atención de entidades supranacionales en las últimas décadas. Con relativas asimetrías en la práctica, la mayoría de los países adscritos a organismos como la ONU/OIT han registrado avances normativos y regulatorios del ámbito laboral, sin embargo, fenómenos como la siniestralidad laboral y las formas ilegítimas de contratación persisten en el mundo del trabajo. En Colombia se ha logrado producir una tendencia decreciente de los indicadores de accidentalidad, enfermedad y mortalidad laboral en la última década, pero aspectos estructurales del mercado laboral interno implican cierta fragilidad del empleo y de las condiciones en las que desarrollan las relaciones de trabajo. La capacitación en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) es, en este contexto, un medio estratégico para preservar la integridad física y sicológica de los trabajadores, por lo que su implementación pertinente y oportuna representa un aspecto clave de la gestión organizacional. Actualmente las restricciones impuestas por la emergencia sanitaria al normal funcionamiento de la economía y de las empresas, plantean dificultades y retraso en los procesos de instrucción en SST. En consecuencia, en la empresa de vigilancia y seguridad privada Guardia Ltda., se ha propuesto una iniciativa para la creación de Ambientes Virtuales de Aprendizaje (AVA) para la capacitación en SST. Este ensayo expone la importancia y el contexto de la iniciativa, así como los principales componentes y etapas de su diseño The promotion of safe and dignified work has occupied the attention of supranational entities in recent decades. With relative asymmetries in practice, most of the countries attached to organizations such as the UN / ILO have registered normative and regulatory advances in the workplace, however, phenomena such as occupational accidents and illegitimate forms of hiring persist in the world of work . In Colombia, a decreasing trend has been produced in the indicators of occupational accidents, illnesses and mortality in the last decade, but structural aspects of the internal labor market imply a certain fragility of employment and of the conditions in which labor relations develop. Training in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is, in this context, a strategic means to preserve the physical and psychological integrity of workers, so its pertinent and timely implementation represents a key aspect of organizational management. Currently, the restrictions imposed by the health emergency on the normal functioning of the economy and companies, pose difficulties and delay in the processes of instruction in OSH. Consequently, in the private security and surveillance company Guardia Ltda., An initiative has been proposed for the creation of Virtual Learning Environments (AVA) for OSH training.
