Riesgo Laboral con enfoque en ISO 31000

Abstract

The growth and development of all economic sectors have also brought an increase in various occupational risks, this is reflected in a large percentage of Colombian companies that do not contemplate the prevention of accidents or illnesses in employees, which are generated during development. of their work. We must consider that work to mitigate occupational risks in a company is everyone's problem and not that of an isolated worker; We must all be committed to preventing action from the worker to the top management. In order to achieve a mitigation program for these occupational risks, it is necessary to implement tools and standards that allow Colombian companies to diagnose, evaluate, mitigate or treat risks that have an impact on their employees.
