Abstract

En este documento se aborda el tema de la felicidad en los trabajadores como una ventaja en las organizaciones, la cual lleva al aumento de la productividad operacional creando procesos ágiles y eficientes los cuales aumenten la rentabilidad del negocio; se busca identificar los factores que afectan e influyen al trabajador de forma positiva creando una emoción de felicidad y bienestar en el trabajo. Los hallazgos evidencian la importancia de cinco factores claves que deben ser liderados desde la gerencia de gestión humana y de los líderes de cada proceso con sus equipos para que el trabajador vaya más allá de un manual de funciones y sea generador de ideas, éstos factores son : El reconocimiento , el desarrollo profesional, la comunicación y contar con información clara, el trabajo en equipo y el trabajar en un ambiente retador; factores que están influenciados por el ambiente socio económico, cultura , industria, tamaño de negocio, pero, que de forma transversal aplican para todas las organizaciones en pro de mejorar el ambiente laboral y aumentar la rentabilidad del negocio, ya sea con el incremento de ganancias o presencia en nuevos mercados. The essay addresses the issue of happiness in workers as an advantage in organizations, which leads to increased operational productivity creating agile and efficient processes which increase the profitability of the business; it seeks to identify the factors that affect and influence the worker in a positive way creating an emotion of happiness and well-being at work. Diverse studies show the importance of five key factors that must be led from the human management and the leaders with their teams, in order that the employee goes beyond than a manual of functions and become in an ideas maker, these factors are: Recognition, professional development, communication and clear information, teamwork and working in a challenging environment, these factors are influenced by the socio-economic environment, culture, industry, business size, but that apply transversally to all organizations, with the purpose to increase earnings or presence in market.
