Abstract

Currently, the transport companies that carry out processes for loading and unloading merchandise do not have procedures for the safe work of employees, generating spaces of greater risk for them; The lack of caution in many of their activities puts the worker's well-being at risk, because they do not perceive the relevance of implementing them in their processes. This is why the objective of this essay is to describe the causes and possible solutions to the current matrix of hazard identification in companies. In order to carry out this document, a review of articles, decrees, regulations, laws and resolutions was carried out, among the most outstanding of which were Resolution 1409 of 2012, Resolution 1231 of 2016 and Resolution 0312 of 2019. Within the conclusions of the trial , the importance of bringing to each of the transport companies, spaces to raise awareness for employers and employees about the standard and the risks incurred by not implementing it, and to be able to use the tools provided by the risk managers to the development of safe procedures and thus reduce the rate of accidents related to falls.
