Abstract

Durante la construcción de cualquier proyecto de obra civil es inevitable la presencia de riesgos ambientales que afecten tanto el proyecto mismo como el entorno donde se esté desarrollando la obra; este ensayo pretende resaltar la importancia de realizar una correcta identificación de riesgos ambientales durante la planeación de proyectos de obra civil, esto con el fin de cumplir a cabalidad los cronogramas establecidos y realizar buenos planes de prevención y mitigación de riesgos, arrojando bajos índices de impacto ambiental generados por el proyecto al entorno en el que se encuentra. Para realizar este proceso de identificación de riesgos ambientales es necesario empezar por analizar el objeto del proyecto, su localización y las acciones que se realizarán in situ, los tipos de materiales que se emplearán durante la ejecución del proyecto, los vertimientos y residuos que seguramente resultarán de la obra. Se debe analizar si todas las acciones a realizar son completamente necesarias y sobre todo evaluar previamente alternativas en ejecución manteniendo un balance positivo entre costos e impacto ambiental generado. During the construction of any civil works project, the presence of environmental risks that affect both the project itself and the environment where the work is being developed is inevitable; This essay aims to highlight the importance of carrying out a correct identification of environmental risks during the planning of civil works projects, this in order to fully comply with the established schedules and carry out good risk prevention and mitigation plans, yielding low impact rates generated by the project to the environment in which it is located. To carry out this process of identifying environmental risks, it is necessary to start by analyzing the object of the project, its location and the actions that will be carried out in situ, the types of materials that will be used during the execution of the project, the discharges and waste that will surely result. of the work. It should be analyzed if all the actions to be carried out are completely necessary and, above all, previously evaluate alternatives in execution, maintaining a positive balance between costs and the environmental impact generated.
