Abstract

El presente documento académico permitirá al lector ampliar la perspectiva de los factores principales que encierran un Sistema de Gestión de calidad, correlacionado con la ciencia contable, ya que, al ser dos técnicas heterogeneas, las dos tienen un mismo fin dentro de la actividad económica de una empresa, el éxito empresarial. El sistema de Gestión de Calidad, permitirá enfocar los procesos en la calidad de los bienes o servicios, la cual ha tomado muchas definiciones, que se han enfocado a un mismo fin, y la ciencia contable, más que ser un área financiera, brindara la información necesaria para tener bases sólidas para tomar decisiones. Dentro del desarrollos de la lectura se logrará identificar que estos enfoques dirigidos a un mismo fin, les facilitara a las compañías mejorar sus procesos y evaluar las modificaciones realizadas y los resultados, basados en cifras económicas que son la realidad fiel de los resultados de los procesos. This academic document will allow the reader to broaden the perspective of the main factors that contain a Quality Management System, correlated with accounting science, since, being two heterogeneous techniques, the two have the same purpose within the economic activity of a company, business success. The Quality Management system allowed the processes to focus on the quality of goods or services, which has taken many definitions, which have focused on the same purpose, and accounting science, rather than being a financial area, will provide the information necessary to have solid bases to make decisions. Within the development of the reading, it will be possible to identify which approaches aimed at the same purpose, will facilitate companies to improve their processes and evaluate the modifications made and the results, based on economic figures that are the true reality of the results of the processes.
