Implementación del ciclo PHVA en la producción y colocación de capas de rodadura tipo MDC

Abstract

El presente ensayo tiene como finalidad analizar la influencia del ciclo PHVA definido en la NTC-ISO9001: 2015 en el proceso de producción y colocación de capas de rodadura tipo MDC. En esta medida en las siguientes páginas se reconocen los principios de la norma y su aplicabilidad a los procesos mencionados. Específicamente se asumen como orientaciones que deben ser implementadas y adoptadas para lograr una capa de rodadura durable. Además, se plantean las formas en cómo esos principios se aplican y evalúan, lo cual implica incidir en varios aspectos organizacionales. A lo largo del ensayo se verificará cómo el ciclo Deming o PHVA (Planear, Hacer, Verificar, Actuar) permite realizar actividades de una manera eficaz y ordenada en las organizaciones, en sí, proporciona una guía básica para la gestión, basada en el establecimiento de objetivos, la definición de métodos y la construcción de indicadores para verificar su cumplimiento. Por supuesto, el seguimiento y control es necesario y debe ser muy riguroso. Esto direcciona la toma de decisiones hacia la eficiencia y la corrección de las desviaciones que dificulta el aumento de la productividad. Así es posible multiplicar la calidad y adoptar un modelo de mejora continua. Con el ciclo PHVA se propone estructurar un proceso de planificación centrada en la capacidad de la organización de lograr los resultados esperados, lo que para este caso se traduce en obtener un diseño, producción y colocación de mezcla asfáltica en la capa de rodadura con los más altos estándares de calidad. Buscando que cumpla, las especificaciones y requisitos del cliente, así como con los requerimientos legales y los de la organización que lo fabrica o aplica.

The purpose of this test is to analyze the influence of the PHVA cycle defined in the NTC-ISO9001: 2015 in the process of production and placement of MDC-type tread layers. To this extent, the principles of the standard and its applicability to the aforementioned processes are recognized in the following pages. Specifically they are assumed as guidelines that must be implemented and adopted to achieve a durable wearing course. In addition, the ways in which these principles are applied and evaluated are raised, which implies influencing various organizational aspects. Throughout the trial, it will be verified how the Deming cycle or PDCA (Plan, Do, Verify, Act) allows activities to be carried out in an efficient and orderly manner in organizations, in itself, it provides a basic guide for management, based on the establishment of objectives, the definition of methods and the construction of indicators to verify their fulfillment. Of course, monitoring and control is necessary and must be very rigorous. This directs decision-making towards efficiency and the correction of deviations that make it difficult to increase productivity. Thus it is possible to multiply the quality and adopt a model of continuous improvement. With the PHVA cycle it is proposed to structure a planning process focused on the organization's ability to achieve the expected results, which in this case translates into obtaining a design, production and placement of asphalt mix in the tread layer with the most high quality standards. Seeking that it meets the specifications and requirements of the client, as well as the legal requirements and those of the organization that manufactures or applies it.
