Nivel de involucramiento del consumidor en la compra de productos de consumo masivo

Abstract

La compra de productos de consumo masivo, implica la participación del cliente en la toma de decisiones Por lo que en este ensayo se aborda como primer tema, ya que a través de esta se define como los consumidores participan en la compra del producto y como logran de obtener un producto de calidad. Posteriormente se procede a desarrollar el concepto de investigación de mercados y su importancia, para condicionar el involucramiento del cliente frente a productos de consumo masivo. Definiendo los métodos que se pueden utilizar, para desarrollar una investigación que apunte a identificar las necesidades, haciendo hincapié en la estrategia de segmentación que se debe tener para llegar con éxito al cliente, esto implica el desarrollo de otro capitulo en donde se ahonda sobre la estrategia de segmentación. Para finalizar este texto, se definen las estrategias de mercadeo a desarrollar dentro de un plan de marketing, en el contenido de este tipo de empresas y su utilidad para las mismas, lo que da pie para concluir el documento, teniendo en cuenta el objetivo que se presenta en la introducción del mismo
