El presente Ensayo busca establecer estrategias para fortalecer las comunicaciones aeronáuticas en los sistemas de aeronaves no tripuladas UAS para la Clase B regulada, debido al incremento del registro (explotadores y operadores) y de las operaciones aéreas de los UAS que han tenido influencia en los últimos años en Colombia, no presenta un programa normativo completo en el control de las comunicaciones aeronáuticas, la asignación de frecuencias, anchos de bandas y certificación de equipos para estos vehículos aéreos, se realiza un análisis de la regulación nacional e internacional, así como la investigación sobre las organizaciones que participan en el control de las comunicaciones aeronáuticas y cuál es su papel frente los vuelos de estos sistemas y las investigaciones realizadas para la aplicación en control de tráfico aéreo.

This essay seeks to establish strategies to strengthen aeronautical communications in UAS unmanned aircraft systems for regulated Class B, due to the increased registration (operators and operators) and air operations of UAS that have had influence in recent years in Colombia, it does not present a complete normative program in the control of aeronautical communications, the assignment of frequencies, bandwidths and equipment certification for these air vehicles, an analysis of national and international regulations is carried out, as well as research on the organizations that participate in the control of aeronautical communications and what is their role against the flights of these systems and the investigations carried out for the application in air traffic control.
