Restauración ecológica a suelos impactados por incendios forestales

Abstract

Forest fires are mainly caused by anthropic causes, one of the main controlled burns for agricultural and mining activities as soil preparation, often the personnel in charge of carrying out these activities lose control over the fire, thus producing a considerable loss of plant cover, accelerating in their wake the erosive processes and bringing with them an alteration to the soil properties , such as: structure, porosity, infiltration, thermal regime and storage of water, thus losing the ecological functions of this, since the fire when taking place as an area creates an ecological vacuum, at the vegetative as faunistic level, this is why through a bibliographic review through scientific databases such as: EBSCO, Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc and ResearchGate alternatives are presented for soil recovery through ecological restoration, which is different for each ecosystem and to carry out this process in each of them can be found recommendations based on the restoration experiences across the world's ecosystems.
