This essay gives us some illustrations of the importance of the PMO in companies and/or organizations, additional offers us an identification of the impact that it already has both positive and negative on all kinds of projects that are developed, this leads us to identify a differentiator with the other companies, explains how indispensable it is for the continuous growth and alignment it generates within the entire company and/or organization for the purpose of providing an exchange of resources, methodologies and ways of working.
Este ensayo nos da algunas ilustraciones de la importancia de la PMO en las empresas y/o Organizaciones, adicional nos ofrece una identificación del impacto que tiene ya tanto positivo como negativo en toda clase de proyectos que se desarrollen, esto nos lleva a identificar un diferenciador con las demás empresas, se explica lo indispensable que es para el crecimiento continuo y la alineación que genera dentro de toda la empresa y/o organización con el propósito de proveer intercambio de recursos, metodologías y formas de trabajo.
