Abstract

En un entorno en el que se hace necesario que las personas aprovechen al máximo la utilización de los recursos; inmersos en una economía cada vez más globalizada, donde las estrategias de mercadeo y comercialización se desarrollan para todos los grupos objetivo de forma generalizada y con grados de especialización muy avanzados. La humanidad se mueve en un momento donde la información comercial que se ofrece satura todos los espacios y en el que los ingresos no crecen en la misma proporción de las compras, se busca determinar mediante la consulta de informes especializados emitidos por el banco central y otras entidades publicas y privadas, qué participación tiene la banca Colombiana en las finanzas de las personas y sus hogares. Después de revisados los documentos, se puede establecer que en la relación entre los usuarios de los servicios financieros y los bancos, intervienen diferentes factores que el consumidor financiero debería conocer y manejar para tomar la mejor decisión. Al final de este ejercicio se puede determinar que si bien es cierto hay políticas de gobierno en temas de educación financiera, estas se deben incorporar desde el preescolar y durante todas las etapas de la educación, así como crear carreras profesionales esta importante materia. Pero no es un tema que le compete solo al gobierno; en los hogares se deben socializar de manera permanente los temas de educación financiera, buscando la cultura de unas finanzas sanas. In an environment where it is necessary for people to make the most of the use of resources; immersed in an increasingly globalized economy, where marketing and marketing strategies are developed for all target groups in a generalized manner and with very advanced degrees of specialization. Humanity moves at a time where the commercial information offered saturates all spaces and in which income does not grow in the same proportion of purchases, it seeks to determine by consulting specialized reports issued by the central bank and others public and private entities, what participation does Colombian banking have in the finances of people and their homes. After reviewing the documents, it can be established that in the relationship between users of financial services and banks, different factors are involved that the financial consumer should know and manage to make the best decision. At the end of this exercise it can be determined that although it is true there are government policies on financial education issues, these should be incorporated from preschool and during all stages of education, as well as creating professional careers this important subject. But it is not an issue that belongs only to the government; In households, issues of financial education should be permanently socialized, seeking the culture of healthy finances. Especialización
