Abstract

El contexto nacional Colombiano en su ámbito económico y político para la aviación en general reviste de una gran complejidad por el sinnúmero de factores culturales y sociales que afectan su buen desarrollo. El aviador colombiano tiene que lidiar a diario con estos obstáculos, lo cual ha hecho de su supervivencia en el ámbito laboral algo que demanda gran esfuerzo, lo que genera una escasez de este tipo de profesionales a nivel general. Cabe acotar que el aviador en este país no es considerado como un profesional titulado, tema que influye de sobremanera en la problemática inicial. Se analizarán factores de educación y capacitación, reglamentación, entre otros, los cuales darán un panorama general de la crisis. Se brindará al lector una serie de posibles estrategias que teniendo en cuenta el análisis anteriormente desarrollado pueden encausar una solución o varias soluciones viables. The Colombian national context in its economic and political field for aviation in general is very complex due to the countless cultural and social factors that affect its good development. The Colombian aviator has to deal with these obstacles on a daily basis, which has made his survival in the workplace something that demands great effort, which generates a shortage of this type of professionals at a general level. It should be noted that the aviator in this country is not considered as a professional, an issue that greatly influences the initial problem. Education and training factors, regulations, among others, which will give an overview of the crisis will be analyzed. The reader will be offered a series of possible strategies that taking into account the analysis previously developed can lead to a solution or several viable solutions. Especialización
