Abstract

En el mundo gerencial es importante aprender a desarrollar nuestras habilidades, por tal motivo en el siguiente ensayo vamos a estudiar, a conocer las diferentes estrategias empleadas por grandes empresarios exitosos de la actualidad con ayuda de autores que se han dedicado a estudiar los métodos para generar mejores resultados en nuestras empresas. Como dice Albert Einstein Locura seguir haciendo lo mismo y esperar resultados diferentes . Por eso vamos a nombrar estrategias actuales empleadas para el fortalecimiento de las organizaciones. Las estrategias son los medios que vamos a emplear para lograr cumplir nuestros objetivos, siendo gerentes innovadores que logremos satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes aprendiéndoles a escuchar, indagando hábilmente para poder suplir sus necesidades ofreciéndoles nuestros servicios o productos que satisfagan sus expectativas como clientes y usuarios finales
