Abstract

En el proceso de obtención de materiales compuestos por compresión, se tiene un molde en el cual se ubica la matriz y las inclusiones, para posteriormente aplicar presión por un tiempo de curado determinado, finalmente se extrae la muestra ya solidificada, esto puede presentar el problema de que se realiza una muestra a la vez, y al momento de obtener otra muestra, ciertas variables como temperatura, humedad relativa, tiempo de curado, presión u otras, no se mantienen constantes, causando cierta incertidumbre a la hora de caracterizar el parámetro que se varió entre muestras. El presente trabajo está enfocado a la implementación de un sistema mecatrónico que realiza el control de presión correspondiente en una plantilla que contiene las muestras a fabricar, de esta forma cada muestra se realiza bajo las mismas condiciones experimentales, parametrizando las variables de estudio, como las relaciones de cantidad entre los componentes. The process of obtaining composite materials using compression relies on a mold on which the matrix and inclusions are placed, after this, pressure is applied to the mold during a specified curing time, finally the solidified sample is extracted from the mold. This protocol presents the issue of producing one sample at the time, when a second sample is desired to analyze the variation of a parameter, certain environmental variables, e.g.: Temperature, relative humidity, curing time, among others; have changed, introducing uncertainty when characterizing the parameter that was varied on the samples. The present work is focused on the implementation of a mechatronic system that exerts a pressure control on a mold containing several samples to process, thus allowing each sample to be processed under the same experimental conditions, parameterizing the pertinent study variables, such as the ratio between the used components.
