El objeto del ensayo es analizar el conflicto desde el origen, antecedente histórico que es importante y es la conquista del continente americano teniendo en cuenta que ha sido una gran relación a lo largo de la historia del conflicto en Colombia, en tanto la violencia, crisis económicas, políticas y sociales, la fuerza de poderes, en cuanto la transformación en relación al conflicto, tomando como referente aspectos importante de la historia del conflicto interno de Colombia y examinar el trayecto para abordar el nivel central de justicia transicional sin transición en que los procesos de paz necesitan de una paz territorial.
