Abstract

Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrólisis (TEN) are life-threatening drug reactions considered to be part of a single spectrum disease. Both entities are due to massive keratinocyte apoptosis. The aim of this study was to describe the clinical outcomes with the treatment of intravenous human G immunoglobulin (IVIg) in patients diagnosed with SJS/TEN treated in 3 institutions in Bogotá.
