Abstract

En las líneas de éste ensayo se relatara como el servicio al cliente es la razón de ser de una organización, reconociendo así que los clientes son el centro y la principal preocupación de una economía que no para de crecer, sino que por el contrario cada vez más presenta diferentes retos a lo que hay que llegar a cumplir. Sabiendo entonces, que en una Cultura Empresarial, donde este latente un buen registro de servicio al cliente, se requiere desarrollar un tema de servicio al cliente con familiaridad, existiendo a diario una interacción con el cliente, evidenciándose todas sus expectativas, gustos y sueños por cumplir
