La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en adelante RSE, es un tema que actualmente ocupa una posición estratégica en los Mercados, porque a través de los años el tema a recogido diversos conceptos, estrategias y elementos que la han robustecido convirtiéndolo en una de las herramientas más fuertes con los que cuenta las Organizaciones para generar desarrollo Sostenible, dar un valor agregado y ser más eficaz su gestión empresarial, por lo cual la RSE se convierte en una gran herramienta para el Sector Salud (IPS), y para el Gobierno Colombiano, como puente para trabajar fuertemente en cada una de las metas del Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible Nº 3 (Salud y Bienestar) de la agenda 2030, el cual es el cuerpo fundamental de este artículo, realizar una revisión y análisis de literatura acerca de RSE en el sector salud, ya que está estrategia es prácticamente nula en este sector, y a partir de este análisis, crear una herramienta basada en el ciclo de mejora continua PHVA siguiendo los lineamientos que describe la Guía de Responsabilidad Social ISO 26000:2010, que pueden adoptar las IPS, para crear acciones a corto, mediano y largo plazo, donde las diferentes actividades y planes realizados tengan un impacto y beneficio en lo social (Stakeholders), en lo económico y lo ambiental.
Corporate Social Responsibility, henceforth CSR, is an issue that currently occupies a strategic position in the Markets, because over the years the subject has collected various concepts, strategies and elements that have strengthened it, making it one of the strongest tools with those that the Organizations count on to generate sustainable development, give an added value and be more effective their business management, for which CSR becomes a great tool for the Health Sector (IPS), and for the Colombian Government, as a bridge for work hard in each of the goals of Sustainable Development Goal No. 3 (Health and Wellbeing) of the 2030 agenda, which is the fundamental body of this article, conduct a review and analysis of literature on CSR in the health sector, since this strategy is practically null in this sector, and based on this analysis, create a tool based on the continuous improvement cycle. By following the guidelines described in the ISO 26000: 2010 Social Responsibility Guide, which can be adopted by the IPS, this will allow the creation of short, medium and long-term actions, where the different activities and plans carried out have a social impact and benefit (Stakeholders ), economically and environmentally.
