Abstract

En Colombia el cibercrimen es una problemática actual que día a día se desarrolla aún más y de la que se tiene muy poco conocimiento. Es por ello, que se observara como operan estos criminales, y que opciones tienen las empresas para poder conocer las acciones preventivas que se pueden poner en práctica para no caer en manos de estos ciberdelicuentes, inicialmente el conocer las leyes inmersas en la regulación del cibercrimen, las causas, riesgos y consecuencias que ser víctima de esto podrían ocasionar. In Colombia, cybercrime is a current problem that is being developed more and more daily and which there is very little knowledge. That is why, it will be seen how these criminals operate, and what options companies have to know the preventive actions that can be put into practice in order to avoid the risk of falling into the hands of these cybercriminals, initially knowing the laws immersed in the regulation of cybercrime, the causes, risks and consequences that it could cause. 1.
