Incidencia de la cultura organizacional en la eficacia de los sistema integrados de gestión

Abstract

Este artículo tiene como objeto revisar la incidencia de la cultura organizacional en la eficacia de los sistemas integrados de gestión (SIG), ya que resulta ser muy compleja y amplia de comprender. Se realizó una revisión documental y un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, para analizar más a fondo el problema con el fin de determinar una metodología que permita implementar o fortalecer la cultura organizacional.

The purpose of this article is to review the impact of organizational culture on the effectiveness of integrated management systems (GIS), since it is very complex and comprehensive to understand. A documentary review and a non-probabilistic sampling for convenience were carried out to analyze the problem more thoroughly in order to determine a methodology that allows to implement or strengthen the organizational culture.
