Para este artículo se realiza un análisis documental en el cual se determina los diferentes conceptos que permiten el estudio del tema desde el cual se enfocó la investigación sobre la importancia del Desminado Humanitario realizado por la Armada Nacional en los Montes de María para la reparación de los derechos humanos a las víctimas de las minas antipersonales. Se parte que desde la perspectiva del Derecho Internacional, en los más de 50 años que lleva el conflicto armado en Colombia han sido significativos los diferentes crímenes de guerra y crímenes de lesa humanidad cometidos por los grupos armados organizados al margen de la ley que delinquen en el país, y que para el tema del estudio estuvieron presentes en los Montes de María hasta el 2008 cuando la Armada Nacional a través de la Infantería de Marina consolidó este territorio. For this article there is realized a documentary analysis in which one determines the different concepts that allow the study of the topic from which the investigation was focused on the importance of the Desminado Humanitario realized by the National Navy in Maria's Mounts for the repair of the human rights on the victims of the antipersonal mines. We believe that from the perspective of International Law, in the more than 50 years of the armed conflict in Colombia, the different war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by the illegal armed groups that commit crimes in our country have been significant. our subject of study were present in the Mountains of María until 2008 when the National Navy through the Marine Infantry consolidated this territory.
