Abstract

Ethical behavior is an issue that is currently being addressed in every aspect of daily life, this is due to the high percentage of corruption scandals in which large entrepreneurs have been involved and these have affected the image of prestigious corporations. This is where you can ask a question: ¿how ethical are the top leaders of organizations in Colombia? In the country it is constant to hear scandals of companies that show the lack of ethics of managers, this gives a cessation that these people have failed to corporate values and do not have any moral, which leads to acts of corruption in which companies are involved.
