Abstract

Evaluation as an important learning process in all areas of professional life, in this case we will discuss the importance of the evaluation-learning process in training programs in specialized health services such as the Emergency Department; in which said process is immersed in the training, but is covered from the classical point of view. With this essay it is possible to demonstrate the flaw in the process and the need to implement a continuous evaluation, with directed guidance and constant feedback, in order to achieve a learning process linked to the evaluation as a training center.
