Abstract

En este proyecto se estudiaron las actividades para la gestión del recurso humano desarrolladas por los supervisores de operaciones, monitores o team leader, los cuales deben desarrollar procesos de seguimiento medición y control de personal de procesos BackOffice y o funcionarios que siempre producen desde un equipo de cómputo; se estudiaron programas existentes en el mercado que ayudan a agilizar esta labor, pero se encontró que varios de estos programas dejan de lado factores que afectan la producción y la calidad; por lo cual se planteó la idea de unificar todos los conceptos, identificar variables y estudiar el impacto que estas tienen en la productividad de una empresa. Ya con los resultados obtenidos se analizaron los distintos métodos de programación para crear la arquitectura necesaria de un programa que permitiera unificar los factores que ya habían sido contemplados y factores que no, tales como productividad, adherencia al turno, calidad tanto en lo producido como a nivel personal de cada trabajador y mejorar los métodos de capacitación mediante el desarrollo de archivos de autoaprendizaje y evaluaciones periódicas. In this project the activities for the management of the human resource developed by the supervisors of operations, monitors or team leader were studied, which must develop processes of follow-up measurement and control of personnel of BackOffice processes and or officials that always produce from a computer equipment. ; We studied existing programs in the market that help to speed up this work, but found that several of these programs ignore factors that affect production and quality; Therefore, the idea of unifying all concepts, identifying variables and studying the impact they have on the productivity of a company was raised.With the results obtained, the different programming methods were analyzed to create the necessary architecture of a program that would allow to unify the factors that had already been contemplated and factors that did not, such as productivity, adherence to the shift, quality both in the produced and personal level of each worker and improve training methods through the development of self-learning files and periodic evaluations.
