La propuesta planteada en el artículo tiene como objetivo mitigar el volumen de medicamentos falsificados, diseño que se construyó a partir de la investigación de cifras en Colombia sobre medicamentos adulterados y falsificados, cifras realmente alarmantes, posteriormente para dar solución al actual panorama se realizó un estudio de caso específicamente de Europa a cerca del trabajo que realizan actualmente en pro de atacar esta problemática, evidenciando que efectivamente están trabajando sobre un proyecto de serialización que saldrá en vivo el próximo año con apoyo de la organización mundial de la Salud. Teniendo en cuenta que nuestro contexto es muy diferente al caso de estudio, se propone adicional a la implementación de la tecnología, un manejo de sinergias, patrocinios monetarios, capacitación y sensibilización para lograr una disminución significativa del mercado negro de medicamentos, entendiendo que este proyecto le aporta al paciente, ya que esta adquiriendo un producto que asegura mejorar su condición; a la industria farmacéutica, en la recuperación de ventas y al estado porque podrá garantizar la efectividad de los tratamientos. En conclusión conforme al estudio se logra evidenciar las bondades del programa de serialización y que para el caso colombiano es necesaria la intervención política y del gremio farmacéutico para la implementación del proyecto en Colombia, y se determina que son los droguistas el eslabón en la cadena de ventas de medicamentos en Colombia el más susceptible y en donde se deben enfocar los esfuerzos para la mitigación de la problemática dicha. The proposal proposed in the article aims to mitigate the volume of counterfeit drugs, a design that was built from the investigation of figures in Colombia on adulterated and counterfeit drugs, really alarming figures, later to solve the current situation a study was conducted specifically from Europe, about the work they are currently doing in order to attack this problem, evidencing that they are indeed working on a serialization project that will be released live next year with the support of the World Health Organization. In conclusion, according to the study, it is possible to demonstrate the benefits of the serialization program and that for the Colombian case it is necessary the political intervention and the pharmaceutical guild for the implementation of the project in Colombia, and it is determined that the drug addicts are the link in the chain of drug sales in Colombia the most susceptible and where efforts should be focused to mitigate said problems.
