Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación científica es analizar la importancia de crear ambientes de trabajo saludable, en el que se presenta la relación e influencia que tiene en el aumento de la productividad de las empresas; Teniendo en cuenta que el bienestar laboral encierra factores psicológicos y fisicos, asi como el derecho a tener un puesto de trabajo adecuado y en optimas condiciones y demás incentivos que puede llegar a alcanzar la motivación del personal por crear vínculos de pertenecia y orgullo hacia la institución. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo investigativo se planteará las estratégias que se han tenido en cuenta con el fin de crear ambientes de trabajo saludable y como pueden influir en la productividad de las empresas; presentando resultados obtenidos de acuerdo a la aplicabilidad de un instrumento orientado a crear ambientes de trabajo saludable y asu vez determinar los factores de productividad generados.

The objective of this scientific research is the importance of creating a healthy work environment, in which the relationship and the influence it has on increasing the productivity of companies is presented; Taking into account that work well-being contains psychological and physical factors, as well as the right to have an adequate job and optimal conditions and the others that can achieve personal motivation, personal attachment and pride towards the institution. For the development of this research work the strategies that have been taken into account in order to create healthy work environments and how they can influence the productivity of companies are considered; presenting results according to the applicability of an instrument aimed at creating healthy work environments and also determine the productivity factors generated.
