Abstract

Este trabajo busca obtener un concepto académico acerca de la cultura organizacional, estudiando las características de responsabilidad social empresarial, competitividad, armonía interpersonal, tecnología e innovación, analizando como estas impactan a las organizaciones y como son pilares importantes para desarrollar una cultura organizacional enfocada al cambio, entendiendo la palabra cambio como el mejoramiento continuo de procesos, metodología LEAN así como lo ha realizado exitosamente la empresa Toyota, de esta manera se identifican atributos claves para realizar su implementación dentro de la cultura organizacional, como comportamientos y herramientas, normas y valores, ambiente laboral, identificando el tipo de cultura que debe mantener la compañía para eliminar el desperdicio y generar valor en la operación de la organización. This work seeks to obtain an academic definition about organizational culture, studying the characteristics of corporate social responsibility, competitiveness, interpersonal harmony, technology and innovation, analyzing how these impact organizations and how they are important pillars to develop an organizational culture focused on change , understanding the word change as the continuous improvement of processes, LEAN methodology as well as has been successfully done by the Toyota company, in this way key attributes are identified to be implemented within the organizational culture, such as behaviors and tools, norms and values, work environment, identifying the type of culture that the company must maintain to eliminate waste and generate value in the operation of the organization.
