Abstract

The present work makes an evaluation of the pilot project that demolished the path El Orejón, in order to identify the impact that it generated in the construction of peace in the local actors of the conflict with the FARC. For this, the trial is divided into two blocks, the first one makes an ex post evaluation of the project to identify the impact obtained; and the second, an analysis of the distrust and delegitimization that occurred during the execution of the project, two elements that obstruct the path to peace. To conclude that the impact of this pilot project is evident in the elimination of the deprivation of freedom caused by antipersonnel mines in the town of El Orejón, allowing human development in the region and with this, the construction of a positive peace Based on Johan Galtung's perspective on peace, complemented by the human development exhibited by Amartya Sen.
