La calidad educativa, un camino hacia el mejoramiento humano - estudio de caso programa “Educación como Derecho Fundamental” del plan de desarrollo municipal de La Calera frente al cumplimiento del Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible No. 4
This article analyzes the scope of the implementation of the "Education as Fundamental right" program, established in the Municipal Development Plan - La Calera Inclusive with the Commitment to Serve 2016 - 2019, within the framework of OSD 4 "Quality Education" of the 2030 schedule, allowing to establish if it has contributed effectively to the fulfillment of these goals and what are the challenges that are at a territorial level.
Este artículo analiza el alcance de la implementación del programa “Educación como Derecho Fundamental”, establecido en el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal - La Calera Incluyente con el Compromiso de Servir 2016 - 2019, en el marco del ODS 4 “Educación de Calidad” de la agenda 2030, permitiendo establecer si ha contribuido de manera efectiva al cumplimiento de dichas metas y cuáles son los retos que se tienen a nivel territorial.
