Abstract

The following research study aims to contribute or complement knowledge based on existing studies regarding legal framework for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), better known as Drones, arriving to understand from different points of view positive and negative qualities to this topic, based on legal issues and the shortcomings that this topic may have. The issue to be highlighted in this document is the importance of legislation, specifically in the branch of comparative law, administrative law, labor law and civil law, regarding regulation for the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle
