Abstract

El sistema de control de gestión es el punto de partida para la mejora de los estándares ya que se relaciona de forma unilateral con el desempeño organizacional y las estrategias empresariales; esto se genera mediante la planificación y cuenta con el control para saber si los resultados satisfacen los objetivos trazados. Por ende, el presente texto presenta un análisis de los planteamientos sobre los sistemas de control de gestión organizacional de los doce factores establecidos por Ferreira y Otley, ya que estos se podrían implementar en la organización. Con el fin de aportar un marco referencial y brindar elementos de comprensión frente a los sistemas de control de gestión y el ejercicio organizacional. The management control system is the starting point for the improvement of standards since it is unilaterally related to organizational performance and business strategies; This is generated through planning and has the control to know if the results meet the objectives set. Therefore, the present text presents an analysis of the approaches on organizational management control systems of the twelve factors established by Ferreira and Otley, since these could be implemented in the organization.
