Abstract

This research work seeks to define the various obstacles that the national Government of the Republic of Colombia can find in order to comply with the humanitarian demining goal referred to in the Ottawa agreement. Taking into account the current situation in the country, it identifies, from different perspectives, the specific difficulties faced by the designated humanitarian demining groups, before the goal could be fulfilled completely in the year 2021.
