Abstract

PIn this essay, you can demonstrate the impact of happiness in relation to performance in organizations and how leaders can influence the happiness of people, workers and employees for performance and how it is reflected in organizations. The impact generated by the inclusion of this culture and the need to be happy is as natural and at the same time as the inclination towards happiness that human beings have, which exceeds the strength of instinct. Now he knows that happiness is the precursor of success, not simply the result. And that is happiness and optimism in the impulsive reality, performance and performance, giving us the competitive advantage that I call the advantage of happiness. Waiting to be happy limits the potential for success of our brain, while cultivating the brains does not motivate us more, they are efficient, flexible, creative and productive, which drives upward performance.
