La presente monografía, expone tres capítulos, en primer lugar, describe el concepto de liderazgo transformacional y sus características, soportados en una revisión bibliográfica. En segundo lugar, se elabora un planteamiento una revisión teórica a cerca del coaching y su importancia. En tercer lugar, se identifican diferentes elementos y aportes del coaching que potencializan el desarrollo de un líder transformacional. Finalmente, se exponen las conclusiones a partir del estudio realizado. The present text, presents three chapters, In the first place, describes the concept of transformational leadership and its characteristics, supported by a bibliographic review. Secondly, an approach is developed a theoretical review about near coaching and its importance. Third, identify different elements and contributions of coaching that potentiate the development of a transformational leader. Finally, presents the conclusions from the study.
