Abstract

La salud mental de los empleados se ha convertido en un tema prioritario para las empresas, puesto que cada dia son más las personas que ven afectada su salud a causa del estrés que puede producir la actividad laboral a la que se dedican. De acuerdo a los planteado, se analizaran las causas y consecuencias del estrés laboral en las instituciones financieras, con mayor ainco las que se generan en puestos que tienen como objetivo el cumplimiento de una meta comercial. Aun cuando el estrés laboral se puede producir en cualquier empleo y en cualquier nivel de la organización, la mayoría de casos suceden en la actividad comercial y en los puestos en donde la presión por el cumplimiento de objetivos y metas semanales, mensuales y anuales es el día a día. Es por ello que la responsabilidad de la creación de un ambiente sano de trabajo está en cada uno de los colaboradores, eso si con el aval y acompañamiento de los líderes de la organización, así como el seguimiento permanente del área de RRHH y de Salud Ocupacional. The mental health of employees has become a priority issue for companies, since every day more people are affected by their health because of the stress that can cause the work activity to which they are engaged. According to the aforementioned, the causes and consequences of work stress in financial institutions will be analyzed, with more that those generated in positions that aim at the fulfillment of a commercial goal. Even when work stress can occur in any job and at any level of the organization, most cases occur in commercial activity and in positions where pressure for meeting weekly, monthly, and annual goals and goals is the day to day. That is why the responsibility for creating a healthy working environment lies with each of the collaborators, if with the support and support of the leaders of the organization, as well as the permanent monitoring of the area of ​​Human Resources and Occupational Health.
