Abstract

El presente ensayo es crítico constructivo, a fin de entender y comprender el empleo de carrera administrativa en el sector público. Toda persona que dese acceder a un cargo a nivel Nacional, Departamental o Territorial, no necesita tener un amigo político o ser miembro de uno de estos grupos. La constitución Política de Colombia y las leyes permiten que cualquier persona independientemente de: raza, credo, género y afinidad, puede ocupar estos cargos por méritos propios. Para ello, debe cumplir los requisitos de inscripción conocimientos académico, experiencia en el cargo que dé sea aplicar. Los empleados de carreara administrativa tiene ventajas en estabilidad laboral y de ascenso. The present essay is constructive critic, in order to understand the use of administrative career in the public sector. Any person who wants to access a position at the National, Departmental or Territorial level, does not need to have a political friend or be a member of one of these groups. The Political Constitution of Colombia and the laws allow any person regardless of: race, creed, gender and affinity, may occupy these positions on their own merits. To do this, you must meet the requirements of inscription academic knowledge, experience in the position you give be apply. Administrative career employees have advantages in job stability and promotion. Pregrado
