Abstract

En el campo de la ingeniería siempre se está en la búsqueda de la mejora continua, a diario salen a la luz nuevas investigaciones de cómo lograr reducir tiempo tanto en la trasformación de materia prima como en el mantenimiento de equipos y máquinas, cómo disminuir costos de producción, cómo de sostenibilidad, de cómo aumentamos la efectividad en la cadena de valor, todo esto se hace con el fin de aumentar la productividad, para generar mejores ganancias a los accionistas y clientes internos. Se tienen miles de teorías en el mercado disponibles para hacer uso de ellas en el momento que sea necesario. Hace algunos años ha cogido fuerza la Inteligencia Artificial, en muchas sectores de la industria se ha venido implementando mejoras haciendo usos de este método, esto viene de la mano con la automatización para mejorar los procesos. En el presente artículo se quiere dar a conocer las nuevas innovaciones con la Inteligencia Artificial, que se están presentando hoy en día para el reconocimiento de patrones en la industria petrolera, específicamente en el área de equipos de levantamiento mecánico.

In the field of engineering is always in the search for continuous improvement, new research on how to reduce time both in the transformation of raw material and in the maintenance of equipment and machines, how to reduce costs of production, how sustainability, how we increase the effectiveness in the value chain, all this is done in order to increase productivity, to generate better profits for shareholders and internal customers. There are thousands of theories in the market available to make use of them when necessary. A few years ago Artificial Intelligence has taken force, in many sectors of the industry improvements have been made using this method, this comes hand in hand with the automation to improve the processes. In this article we want to present new innovations with Artificial Intelligence, which are being presented today for the recognition of patterns in the oil industry, specifically in the area of ​​mechanical lifting equipment.
